Want to promote our goods on Instagram? We'll send you free merch. You then take pics of you sitting there looking cute like you are already doing while wearing our goods. Finally you'll post that content to your Instagram while also providing a custom LucyJaynes discount for your followers.
Program Rules
Being a Lucy Jaynes rep is genuinely fun, and there are a few rules we all have to follow. These come from the Federal Trade Commission, not from us, and they apply to you as much as to us.
1. Always disclose that we sent you the product
Every time you post about Lucy Jaynes, you must clearly say that you received free product or a discount from us. This is required by law whenever there is a "material connection" between a brand and someone promoting it.
Do this:
- Put #ad, #LucyJaynesPartner, or "gifted by Lucy Jaynes" at the beginning of your caption
- In videos and reels, say it out loud and put it on screen long enough to read
- In stories, put the disclosure on the same frame as the product, not a separate one
Not enough:
- Only in your bio
- Buried at the end of a block of hashtags
- Hidden behind "more" so people have to tap to see it
- Vague words like "thanks LJ" or "collab" or just tagging us
2. Only say what you actually believe
Share your honest opinion based on your real experience with the product. Please do not make claims about fabric, sourcing, durability, or anything else that we have not given you in writing. If you have not worn it yet, do not say you love how it holds up.
3. Your discount code
Your personal code is for your followers. Please do not post it to coupon or deal sites, resale groups, or discount aggregators. Codes found there may be deactivated.
4. Housekeeping
We may review posts for compliance and ask you to fix or remove anything that does not follow these rules. We can end participation at any time, and so can you, just let us know. Being a rep does not make you an employee, agent or partner of Lucy Jaynes. You are responsible for any taxes on product you receive. By tagging us or submitting content, you give us permission to reshare it in our marketing, and you confirm that you have the rights to the content and permission from anyone shown in it.
