Your Privacy Choices

We collect personal information through your interactions with our website, including through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. We share some of that information with third parties, including advertising partners, so they can show you relevant ads and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Sharing personal information for targeted advertising based on your activity across different websites may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out. Here is how.

Option 1: Global Privacy Control (applies automatically)

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") opt-out preference signal enabled, we treat it as a request to opt out of activity that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising, for the device and browser you used.

GPC is built into some browsers (such as Brave and Firefox) and available as an extension for others. Because the signal is tied to a specific browser and device, you need to enable it on each browser and device you use.

Option 2: Send us a request

If you do not use GPC, or you would like your opt-out applied to your customer record rather than a single browser, email us at store@lucyjaynes.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line. Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your orders or subscription
  • Your phone number, if you are also subscribed to text messages

You may also use our contact form and state that you are requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We will process your request within 15 business days. We will not ask you to create an account in order to opt out, and we will not charge you or provide you a different level of service because you opted out.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm the request.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to access a copy of it, to correct it, and to delete it. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Marketing emails and text messages

Opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information is separate from unsubscribing. To stop marketing messages:

  • Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us

You may still receive transactional messages about orders you have placed.
